01 MINDFUL BODY

Music, movement + candlelight. MINDFUL BODY is a music-driven, body & mind workout experience. It's a 75min class, where we move our bodies through HIIT, strength and cardio exercises. This class is about letting go of what is holding you back while connecting to your most empowered self.

A modern approach to barre.

This class is a dynamic barre-fusion workout. During BARRE we are moving our bodies to the beat of the music using our own body weight and small equipment. BARRE is about inviting joy through movement, while feeling uh, the burn.

03 UNWIND

A calm evening ritual. UNWIND is a soothing Yin Yoga class. Mindful movements alongside serene sounds allow introspection and provide time to reflect and integrate. Body and mind embrace softness. Here, we  focus on holding passive poses for extended periods, promoting relaxation and reducing stress by engaging the parasympathetic nervous system. A transformative practice for both body and soul.
