MINDFUL BODY is a music-driven, body & mind workout experience. It's a 75min class, where we move our bodies through strength and cardio exercises while gently shifting our awareness inwards. MINDFUL BODY was founded in 2017 by my Teacher Verena Stefenelli.

It's a movement concept that works on much deeper levels - the emotional state of mind. It's your time to escape the outside world and truly listen within. We move to feel, to release, to re-connect.
